Zalo Business Solutions builds the tools and systems that help businesses operate on the Zalo platform. This includes products like ZBS Template Message and Zalo Official Account (OA) which businesses use to communicate with millions of users on Zalo.
We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner to help improve the core platform systems behind these products, including the infrastructure of ZBS Account and the ZBS Template Message infrastructure. These systems power things like billing, messaging operations, and product offerings used by thousands of businesses.
🤖 What you will do
- Design and improve core messaging platform systems (Template Lifecycle, Versioning, Asset Reusability);
- Define API interface, data models, and system behaviors for messaging features;
- Translate business rules (approval, pricing, policy) into scalable system design;
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and business teams to deliver reliable systems.
👾 What you will need
- Background in engineering, computer science, or related technical field;
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products;
- Strong system thinking: able to reason about APIs, workflows, and edge cases;
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking;
- Good written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Owner / Product Specialist roles, or developers with a strong product mindset looking to transition into Product roles;
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles;
- Experience working on B2B SaaS or platform products.
