We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead our Front-end team in developing new features for Zalo Platform and building high-performance web applications. You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment where every line of code directly contributes to the success of the product.
🤖 What you will do
- Define and drive the Front-end technical strategy and architecture for Zalo PC;
- Ensure high standards in code quality, performance optimization, scalability, and security;
- Supervise performance tuning and user experience optimization for desktop environments;
- Represent the Front-end team in cross-functional discussions;
- Lead, mentor, and grow our high-performing team of Front-end developers.
👾 What you will need
- 8+ years of experience in Front-end development, with 4+ years of experience leading teams;
- Proficient in React stack (ReactJS, Redux, State Management, Functional Programming, Immutability);
- Advance understanding of native JavaScript ES5 & ES6+;
- Expert knowledge with HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS;
- Knowledge of modern web development technologies & frameworks based on JavaScript, HTML, CSS, NodeJS;
- Expert with developing responsive layouts leveraging CSS and media queries;
- Experience working with Databases, Networks, especially high-load environments.
