Talent Acquisition Collaborator, Zalo

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support our recruitment team at Zalo. You will play a vital role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth hiring process for various roles.
🤖 What you will do
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, coordinating tests and interviews, and managing the hiring process for both technical and business functions;
- Join in building and maintaining a comprehensive candidate database, including inputting accurate candidate and employee information into internal systems;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing inspiring and accurate information about career opportunities at Zalo;
- Proactively connect with potential candidates to share recruitment campaigns and opportunities;
- Other tasks upon request.
👾 What you will need
- Candidates with experience in HR or related fields are preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet;
- Familiar with basic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent;
- Effective communication skills and strong problem-solving skills;
- Full-time availability is required;
- Strong ability to articulate ideas through written content;
- Drive a strong passion for recruitment.
