Solution Lead, Adtima (O2O & Loyalty CRM)
Adtima is a leading digital marketing solution provider within the Zalo ecosystem. We help brands build long-term engagement with users through mobile-first strategies and platform-driven technology.
We are looking for a Solution Product Lead – O2O & CRM, who will play a key role in developing solutions that connect online and offline user experiences, with a focus on CRM, loyalty, and data-driven engagement. This is a hybrid role between product and business, requiring both strategic thinking and solution execution capabilities.
🤖 What you will do
1. Ideation & Solution Design:
- Analyze market needs and identify relevant use cases across industries and customer segments;
- Propose solutions that leverage Zalo ecosystem capabilities (Zalo OA, Mini App, ZNS, CRM tools, analytics);
- Design integrated, feasible solutions with clear logic and potential to scale;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech) to align requirements and technical feasibility.
2. Commercialization & GTM Management:
- Turn designed solutions into commercial offerings, including features, pricing models, GTM assets, and deployment guides;
- Work closely with Sales to support client meetings and tailor proposals based on specific business challenges;
- Track performance post-deployment, gather feedback, and propose solution improvements;
- Track revenue and propose initiatives to drive revenue growth.
👾 What you will need
- Have 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, or tech-enabled solution development;
- Are familiar with customer data platforms, marketing automation, and O2O user journeys;
- Have experience working across functions (e.g., client side, agency, SaaS);
- Can think in systems and connect user needs with product logic;
- Are comfortable collaborating with both business and technical teams.
