🤖 What you will do
- Build and evolve Adtima’s observability platform (logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards and alerting) to give teams real-time visibility into system health and ad delivery
- Design and build pipelines that ingest, process and store massive volumes of logs from production services
- Build and operate our ads serving and reporting systems, with a focus on high load, low latency and high availability
- Design, develop and ship new features and internal tooling
- Work with product and other engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver projects
👾 What you will need
- 2+ years of software development experience with Scala or Java
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
- Experience building or maintaining high-throughput services or data pipelines that handle large volumes of production data
- Hands-on experience with in-memory and NoSQL databases (e.g. Redis)
- Understanding of observability concepts: structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and alerting
- Effective use of AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex) in your daily workflow
Nice to have
- Experience with log and stream processing tools (e.g. Kafka)
- Experience with observability or analytics stacks (e.g. ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
- Python, for data analysis and scripting
