Zing MP3 is the leading music streaming platform in Vietnam, serving tens of millions of users every month. As a Senior Java Backend Engineer, you will join the engineering team to help scale, optimize, and innovate backend systems that deliver fast and seamless music experiences.
🤖 What you will do
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Zing MP3 products;
- Develop high-volume, low-latency applications, delivering high-availability and performance;
- Write and optimize code to ensure best performance, quality, and responsiveness;
- Define site objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality;
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions;
- Continuously explore new technologies and contribute ideas to improve system architecture and performance.
👾 What you will need
- At least 3-4 years of experience, Graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP);
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases;
- Familiarity with Java Core;
- Basic knowledge of Linux, web, and network protocols;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure;
- High responsibility, young, active, good at interpersonal and teamwork;
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English;
Nice to have:
- Experience with or willingness to learn ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, or web application development;
- Understanding of database optimization is a big plus;
- Passion for music or interest in digital media platforms.
