🤖 What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the social commerce project across Zalo ecosystem’s platforms, mainly on Zalo Video
- Manage and execute Livestream & Video initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Develop and implement structured project management frameworks, including planning, risk assessment, and contingency planning
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., session volume, GMV, ROI) to drive improvements
- Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely financial processing as guided
- Act as a key liaison between different teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication
- Execute solutions related to optimizing workflows and processes to improve efficiency and streamline operations
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
👾 What you will need
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media/Digital Media, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Social Commerce: Livestream, Influencer marketing, Affiliate,...
- Prior and solid experience in Account and Project Management; experience in Social Commerce
- Master platform logic, user insights, and market and platform direction to ensure the strategy remains relevant and effective
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data, detail-oriented and highly organised
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Self-initiate and can-do attitude person
- Professional English skills (reading / writing / listening / speaking)
- Prior experience consulting Zalo business solutions is a plus.
