As a Senior Project at Adtima, you will lead and drive multiple strategic projects across the Zalo Ads ecosystem - including product development, platform optimization, monetization initiatives, and client solution delivery for both SME and enterprise partners. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Product Management, Project Management, and Stakeholder Management, who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, drive execution, and ensure projects are delivered with high quality and business impact. You will act as the key bridge between Product, Engineering, Business, Data, and Operations teams to ensure all initiatives are aligned, prioritized, and executed efficiently.

🤖 What you will do

A. Product & Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple product and business initiatives within the Zalo Ads ecosystem;
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to manage the rollout of new advertising solutions, platform features, and monetization capabilities;
  • Drive project planning, prioritization, execution tracking, testing, launch coordination, and post-launch evaluation;
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives and user needs;
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and coordinate solutions across stakeholders.

B. Cross-functional Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the central coordinator across Product, Engineering, Data, Business, Operations, and Client-facing teams;
  • Facilitate alignment between technical and business stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and decision-making;
  • Drive communication, follow-up, and accountability across teams to maintain execution momentum;
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency through regular updates, reporting, and review sessions.

C. Advertising Solution Delivery & Monetization Initiatives

  • Coordinate the implementation and delivery of advertising solutions for SME and enterprise clients across key industries such as FMCG, F&B, and Automotive;
  • Support the development and scaling of new monetization products and ad solutions within the Zalo Ads platform;
  • Work closely with Product and Business teams to improve advertiser experience, campaign effectiveness, and operational scalability;
  • Ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives related to ad performance optimization and platform growth.

D. Process Optimization & Operational Excellence

  • Standardize project management frameworks, workflows, documentation, and reporting processes across teams;
  • Build and maintain dashboards, tracking systems, and operational review mechanisms to improve visibility and execution efficiency;
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize internal collaboration, delivery processes, and cross-team operations.

E. Performance Tracking & Strategic Reporting

  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to evaluate project outcomes, operational efficiency, and business impact;
  • Prepare project updates, business reports, and post-project analyses for leadership stakeholders;
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to support product roadmap planning and monetization strategy development.

👾 What you will need

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Operations, or Solutions Consultant - preferably within digital platforms, AdTech or technology-driven environments;
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams;
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to drive alignment and execution;
  • Solid understanding of product development lifecycle and agile project management practices;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with strong problem-solving capabilities;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in advertising platforms, digital media, AdTech, or agency environments;
  • Familiarity with campaign analytics, platform operations, or workflow automation systems;
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or large-scale advertising solutions;
  • Background collaborating with FMCG, F&B, Automotive, or other major consumer brands.
