Senior Product Specialist – Open Banking & Payments
Zalo Transfer is on a mission to build seamless, integrated payment experiences. As a (Senior) Product Specialist, you’ll lead the development of Payment solutions that connect directly with partner banks and power payment services for merchants and users on the Zalo app. Your work will directly enhance how businesses & users interact and make payments inside Zalo’s ecosystem.
🤖 What you will do
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Payment solution products – from design to integration and launch;
- Collaborate with partner banks to build secure, compliant API connections & processes (e.g., account linking, payment requests, refunds);
- Collaborate with the platform team to design & deliver a seamless payment experience, fulfilling the journey of shopping on the Zalo app.
- Gather insights from merchants, users, and banks to shape product strategy;
- Work with engineering, legal, compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable open banking & payment features;
- Monitor API performance and optimize adoption, reliability, and security;
👾 What you will need
- 3+ years of product management experience in digital platforms, payment, or fintech industries;
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Solid knowledge of the tech industry, digital platforms, and user experience;
- Data-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience working with merchants or financial service providers is a plus;
- Familiarity with Open Banking APIs, bank integration, or payment flows is a plus.
