(Senior) Product Specialist, Zalo Comm Feature

This is not a “maintain existing features” job. You will own new AI-powered communication features from idea → launch → growth. You’ll work with strong engineers and designers, move fast, test often, and ship things that real people use every day.
🤖 What you will do
- Own the product roadmap for communication experiences (chat, voice, group, content sharing, creator/business messaging—depending on scope).
- Own end-to-end feature design: map user journeys, define UX flows, write clear specs/user stories, and plan development.
- Lead ideation, define product requirements, and drive execution with engineering, design, data/analytics, research, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Define success metrics & monitor product health and drive improvements based on real outcomes.

- Experience owning features end-to-end (discovery, delivery, launch, iteration).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and UX/UI collaboration.
- Solid research mindset: you can choose the right qualitative + quantitative methods.
- Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving.
- Clear communication and strong teamwork in a high-tech environment.
Nice to have:
- General understanding of AI concepts and how AI can improve user experience (e.g., LLMs, voice, personalization).
- Ability to think about AI evaluation: define success criteria, choose evaluation methods (human review, offline tests, online experiments), and track quality metrics (accuracy, relevance, helpfulness, latency, cost).
- Familiar with benchmarking: compare solutions/models/prompts using a clear test set, baseline vs. improved versions, and consistent scoring.
- Comfortable with product experiments and growth analytics (A/B testing basics, funnels, retention thinking).
