We are building a new solution that enables organizations to manage staff accounts. As a Senior Product Specialist, you will research how businesses are running their customer-facing teams, identify opportunities for business solutions integration, and translate those findings into clear product requirements.
🤖 What you will do
- Research & Analysis: Work directly with our enterprise customers to understand how they are managing staff accounts and conversations. Identify opportunities for business solutions integration, and conduct competitor research to verify viability.
- Product Development: Translate key findings into clear product specs and user flows for both business users and employee users. Follow through design, development, and launch.
- Project Management: Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Business, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Measurement & Optimization: Analyze adoption and usage metrics across enterprise accounts. Draw insights from data to constantly refine the onboarding process and adjust feature priorities.
- Trend Adaptation: Plan and strategize product requirements and priorities based on market and competitor trends, while keeping in line with overall business directions.
👾 What you will need
- At least 4 years of experience in Product Management roles within the Tech industry.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or two-sided platforms is preferred.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of business customers.
- Good technical understanding of digital platforms: API, webhook design, permission and data models, integration flows.
- Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze findings, identify potential business solutions, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Strong product delivery and project management skills.
