🤖 What you will do
- Product Strategy & Development: Define, design, and prioritize features that elevate the digital banking experience, balancing customer needs with business objectives;
- Customer Journey Design: Analyze user behavior, needs, and feedback to optimize customer journeys, streamline transactions, and enhance overall usability;
- Roadmap Ownership: Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital banking solutions;
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, engineers, business teams, and stakeholders to align product goals with digital transformation initiatives;
- Innovation & Growth: Liaise with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on digital transformation objectives.
👾 What you will need
- 5+ years in Product Ownership/Management, preferably in fintech, digital banking, or fast-growing tech startups;
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles with the ability to design impactful digital solutions;
- Solid knowledge of UI/UX practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and digital banking innovations;
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment;
- Clear and persuasive communicator, capable of aligning diverse teams from technical to business.
