Senior Product Specialist, Adtima

PWe are looking for a Senior Product Owner (Open Level) to develop and scale innovative advertising products within the Zalo ecosystem. The role is flexible from Senior Product Specialist to Associate Product Manager, depending on experience and capability. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from market research, ideation, development to performance optimization. At higher levels, the role includes team leadership and strategic ownership.
🤖 What you will do
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new advertising product opportunities;
- Develop a deep understanding of Adtima & Zalo ecosystem (Zalo, Zing MP3, Zing TV, Zing News, Báo Mới);
- Define product concepts, requirements, roadmap, and success metrics;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, BI, Operations, Sales, Planner, BD) to deliver products on time;
- Monitor product performance, revenue, and effectiveness; propose optimization actions;
- For Associate Manager level: Lead and develop a small product team, set goals, and ensure execution quality.
👾 What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields;
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles (Ads domain is a plus);
- Strong business mindset and product thinking;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end product delivery;
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English;
- Team leadership experience is required for Associate Manager level.
