We’re looking for a Product Owner to build and shape the core features and product offerings for our Affiliate Marketing project on Zalo Video. You will architect the foundational capabilities of the affiliate platform, including merchant campaign management, creator link generation, and the core tracking and reward engines that will empower thousands of businesses and creators.
In this role, your mission is to design and deploy business-critical features that are intuitive, automated, and hyper-efficient from day one. You will engineer the product logic to flawlessly handle real-time conversion tracking, seamless partner matching, and comprehensive creator benefits, exclusive incentive programs, and tiered reward systems on Zalo Video.
🤖 What you will do
- Design and Build Core Affiliate Systems: Architect and launch foundational platform features with Line Manager, including Merchant Campaign Management, Creator Link Generation, and Attribution/Conversion Tracking
- Define System Interfaces: Establish features, robust API interfaces, unified data models, and system behaviors to ensure seamless data flow between Zalo Video, Merchants, and Creators
- Transform affiliate business rules (such as tiered commission structures, dynamic creator incentive programs, fraud detection, and platform policies) into highly scalable system designs
- Manage Product Lifecycle & Performance: Define, track, and optimize key product performance indicators (KPIs) such as Active Creators, Conversion Rates (CVR), Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and system reliability
- Analyze user behaviors and platform data to identify friction points in the affiliate funnel, continually prioritizing features that drive monetization and product growth.
👾 What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Software Development, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, specifically in E-commerce, Social Commerce, or Affiliate Marketing platforms
- Proven ability to author high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and feature specifications. Proficient in using Figma to design and present interactive prototypes effectively. A highly proactive mindset with a strong, data-driven approach to tracking product performance and making decisions
- Ownership & Growth Mindset: You are ambitious and proactive. You don't wait for instructions; you see a problem, and you own the solution until it's resolved
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You can explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and business goals to the tech team
- Tech-savvy with a proven ability to leverage advanced AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or AI-assisted coding/design assistants) to accelerate product research, optimize BRD writing, and streamline daily product management workflows.
