About the team
DXL is a product team building consumer products within the Zalo ecosystem. Our flagship product is Timviec.ai, a platform that connects job seekers with employers.
Timviec.ai is now in its scaling phase. We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who is passionate about building products at scale and loves the recruitment domain.
About the role
You will own the delivery of new features for DXL products on Zalo MiniApp and the web, from idea to release and impact measurement. You will work closely with engineering, design and business stakeholders to ship the right features, fast and with quality.
🤖 What you will do
- Turn product direction and business goals into a clear, prioritized backlog;
- Write clear requirements: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows and edge cases;
- Work day to day with engineers, designers and QA: run sprint planning and grooming, answer questions and unblock the team;
- Own feature delivery end to end: scope, timeline, UAT, release and post-release follow-up;
- Define success metrics for each feature, track them after launch and iterate based on data and user feedback;
- Understand users on both sides of the marketplace (job seekers and employers) through data, interviews and feedback;
- Contribute to new AI-powered features (e.g., chatbot, AI matching, automation);
- Keep stakeholders informed on roadmap, progress and results.
👾 What you will need
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager in a tech product company, ideally consumer products;
- Proven track record of shipping features end to end in an Agile/Scrum team;
- Strong skills in writing requirements, user stories and user flows;
- Data-driven: comfortable defining metrics, reading dashboards; basic SQL is a strong plus;
- Good technical understanding (APIs, system flows, mobile/web) to work effectively with engineers;
- Strong prioritization, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and design tools such as Figma.
Nice to have
- Experience building Zalo MiniApps or products inside a super-app ecosystem;
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces, recruitment/HR or e-commerce products;
- Experience working on AI/LLM-powered features.
