🤖 What you will do
Data Analysis (50%)
- Analyze data to understand user behavior and provide actionable insights;
- Work with the Product team to create metrics for tracking product performance;
- Design and conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes;
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner;
Platform Development (50%)
- Develop and maintain automated analytics reports and dashboards;
- Integrate various data sources for comprehensive reporting;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements;
- Optimize reports for better performance and user experience;
- Implement data foundations like pipelines, quality reports, and dashboards.
👾 What you will need
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and report/dashboard development;
- Strong experience with Python, particularly in data visualization using libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or Dash.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis and visualization;
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation;
- Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI;
- Familiarity with other scripting languages like R is a plus;
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes;
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- High attention to detail and data accuracy;
- Excellent communication skills to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
Preferred:
- Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker;
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
