As a Senior Business Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for driving new business development, acquiring new customers and partners, and expanding market presence. You will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and developing long-term relationships with potential clients. Additionally, you will also manage renewals, upsells, and stakeholder engagement for existing accounts to maximize revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience selling or consulting technology solutions to mid and enterprise clients, particularly in the advertising, marketing, and technology industries. This role requires strong sales acumen, business development expertise, and a deep understanding of market trends in digital marketing and customer engagement platforms.
Zalo Notification Service sends customer-centric and personalized notifications, alerts, and reminders from your Zalo Official Account through API to Zalo phone numbers, allowing businesses to communicate directly with potential customers. 🤖 What you will do

  • Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new customers and strategic partners;
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market penetration, focusing on high-potential clients;
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships;
  • Own a portfolio of existing accounts and take responsibility for their retention and growth;
  • Identify up-sell/ cross-sell opportunities and proactively drive renewals in collaboration with the Customer Success team;
  • Consistently forecast monthly and quarterly sales performance, ensuring achievement of business growth targets;
  • Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within targeted accounts;
  • Participate in key stakeholder meetings, including on-boarding kick-offs and Business Review meetings;
  • Monitor market trends and industry insights to provide strategic guidance and align with ZNS Product and Road map execution;
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy by connecting client needs with Zalo Cloud products and services.

👾 What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields;
  • 3+ years experience in Solution Consulting, Account Management, or Sales;
  • Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking (English and Vietnamese);
  • Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/ engagements required;
  • Proven track record of building relationships and need discovery with senior customer executives in enterprise or highly strategic accounts;
  • Proven track record of sales achievement;
  • Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions;
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment;
  • Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with large and small audiences and various levels of management (Senior Executives, IT management, Database administrators, etc.);
  • Competency in sales methodologies such as Value Selling, Challenger Selling or Spin Selling is a plus;
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability.
