🤖 What you will do
- Talent Scouting: Actively seeking out new artists and bands through various channels, including live performances, online platforms, and industry networking;
- Liaison Role: Serving as the primary point of contact between the artist and the company, communicating information and facilitating collaboration;
- Contract Negotiation: Assisting with contract negotiations between the artist and the company;
- Administrative Support: Handling paperwork, scheduling, and other administrative tasks related to A&R activities;
- Marketing and Promotion: Working with marketing teams to support artist's visibility and reach;
- Staying Informed: Monitoring industry trends, analyzing market data, and keeping abreast of competing artists and distributors;
- Other jobs as per requested.

- Have passion for Music: Having knowledge of music genres, trends, and musical talent is an advantage;
- Networking Skills: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with artists, producers, and other industry professionals;
