🤖 What you will do
Zalo Senior/Associate Product Manager works with teams of engineers and designers to build products. We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial Senior/Associate Product Manager to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company.
- Lead the ideation and launch of innovative products;
- Drive product development with a team of dynamic and talented engineers and designers;
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction;
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Understand Zalo's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as the best in the industry;
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
👾 What you will need
- Feature Management Experience and working process;
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and UX/UI design;
- User research experience in industry or academia;
- Emphasized on qualitative or quantitative research;
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset;
- Plan and conduct research in close collaboration with stakeholders, including design, engineering and product management;
- Sharp, motivated co-workers in a high-tech environment;
- Well-versed in critical thinking and logical thinking.
