Senior Ad Operations Efficiency Executive, Adtima

Hồ Chí Minh
Full-time

Improve Adtima’s campaign operations through workflow redesign and automation, while independently managing assigned campaigns. Take improvements from problem diagnosis through implementation and measurable results, using campaign experience to validate changes and assess new ad offerings.

🤖 What you will do

Operational Efficiency and Automation

  • Analyze booking, inventory checks, setup, monitoring, reconciliation and acceptance reporting. Identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks and error points; establish effort and error-rate baselines and prioritize improvements by impact and feasibility
  • Redesign workflows to remove duplicated entry, simplify checks and improve handoffs. Define requirements for system changes, coordinate with Technical teams and conduct user acceptance testing before rollout
  • Build and maintain tools for inventory availability tracking, media-plan calculations using agreed templates, booking-to-setup validation, pacing alerts and reporting. Use spreadsheets, scripting, APIs or low-code tools; partner with Technical teams for integration into core systems
  • Evaluate relevant operating practices, automation and AI tools for specific use cases, checking fit, output quality, reliability and data security before recommending adoption
  • Roll out improvements through documentation, guidance and feedback. Measure processing time, errors, manual hours saved and usage against the baseline. Address tool issues and update workflows and automations as requirements change.

Campaign Operations and Operational Insights

  • Independently manage assigned campaigns across Adtima’s media platforms. Validate bookings and inventory, configure campaigns and check assets, tracking and delivery before and after launch, including verification where supported and required
  • Monitor pacing and KPIs, anticipate risks and diagnose delivery issues. Recommend and implement optimization actions within agreed plans; align changes affecting budgets, agreed targeting or client commitments
  • Coordinate issue resolution with Product and Technical teams; keep stakeholders informed and escalate risks early. Maintain accurate data, reconcile delivery and complete acceptance reporting on time
  • Use campaign findings to validate improvements and assess new formats or packages. Provide delivery insights, workflow requirements and implementation risks to Product and Commercial teams.

👾 What you will need

  • 3–5 years in ad operations, campaign management or a related role at a media platform, publisher or agency, with a track record of process improvements or automation adopted in real operations
  • Strong understanding of campaign configuration, ad serving, tracking and delivery mechanics; able to manage campaigns independently and investigate issues using campaign and system data
  • Ability to map workflows, identify underlying causes and design improvements that balance efficiency, accuracy and usability
  • Practical experience building automations using scripting, APIs or low-code tools, with examples used in real workflows; able to define requirements and collaborate with Technical teams
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Publisher-side or proprietary ad platform experience is a strong advantage; verification experience is a plus
  • Initiative, sound prioritization and reliable follow-through; clear communication across teams and the ability to balance improvement initiatives with campaign delivery needs.
