🤖 What you will do

  • (40%) Execute administrative processes and procedures as required, such as preparing and signing contracts, submitting payment requests, etc;
  • (30%) Compile and prepare periodic reports;
  • (10%) Support data reconciliation;
  • (10%) Monitor project progress;
  • (10%) Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

👾 What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications;
  • Proactive and willing-to-learn attitude; not afraid to take on even small tasks;
  • Careful and detail-oriented;
  • Strong teamwork skills;
  • Prior experience in a similar position at other organizations is an advantage.
