We are looking for a Product Specialist to lead the zBox billing and payment infrastructure. You will be responsible for scaling the systems that enable Zalo's continued monetization growth, focusing on:
- Reporting & Management Portals: Providing actionable data insights & reduce operations cost
- Merchant & CRM: Streamlining partner relationships & CS quality
- Payment & Billing: Ensuring seamless payment UX and customer invoicing
🤖 What you will do
- Collect and prioritize product requirements by working closely with internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Lead the product development process by analyzing problems, shaping solutions, creating prototypes, and writing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Collaborate with Business, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with customer needs and company goals.
- Analyze user data, product performance, and behavioral insights to drive data-informed decisions and optimize product features.
- Conduct A/B testing and user research to validate hypotheses and guide iterative product improvements.
- Track and monitor key product performance metrics post-launch, and propose enhancements to increase user engagement and overall product value.
👾 What you will need
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles.
- Preference for candidates with experience in E-commerce, Logistics, or Payment Gateway domains.
- Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
- Solid understanding of the operational workflows of complex Transaction / Billing / Payment systems.
