Zalo Photos is an AI-powered photo product within the Zalo ecosystem, designed to help users organize, explore, and rediscover meaningful moments from their photos on Zalo.
As Zalo expands beyond messaging to support Vietnamese users in their everyday lives and relationships, Zalo Photos contributes to this mission by making memories on Zalo easier to access, more useful in daily life, and more connected to the people and moments that matter.
As a Product Specialist for Zalo Photos, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive AI-powered features and user experiences at scale, working with talented cross-functional teams to build photo experiences that create real value for Zalo users.
🤖 What you will do
- Own and drive AI-powered features and UX improvements from ideation to launch, monitoring, and iteration;
- Proactively identify product opportunities and drive AI/UX feature backlogs based on user needs, data insights, and product direction;
- Collaborate closely with a dynamic and talented team of AI scientists, engineers, designers, data analysts, QC, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality product features;
- Conduct user, market, and competitor research to inform product strategy and decision-making;
- Define, track, and analyze product metrics to measure success, evaluate impact, and guide future iterations.
👾 What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles, preferably in B2C products, consumer mobile apps, or AI-powered products;
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles;
- Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and experience with data analytics, especially SQL;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Solid knowledge of UI/UX practices; able to use mockup tools such as Figma to create user flows, wireframes, and UI/UX designs;
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Passion for AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies.
Nice to have
- Experience working on AI-powered products, with a general understanding of AI concepts such as computer vision, search and LLMs, is a strong advantage;
- Ability tod evaluate AI model performance and connect it with product metrics and user impact is a plus.
