Product Specialist, Zalo Notification Service (Policy & Adoption Strategy)

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead Policy & Adoption Strategy for Zalo Notification Service (ZNS) — one of Zalo’s most widely used B2B2C messaging platforms.
In this role, you’ll drive two critical priorities:

  • Protect ZNS from misuse and spam, ensuring trust and quality at scale;
  • Boost sustainable adoption through onboarding, activation, and product-side GTM enablers;
  • You’ll collaborate across Product, Trust & Safety, BizDev, and GTM to turn ZNS into a platform that’s not just healthy — but high-impact and high-retention.

🤖 What you will do

  • Design and iterate anti-spam and policy enforcement mechanisms (e.g., rate limits, template quality filters, abuse monitoring);
  • Partner with Platform team to enforce spam prevention policies;
  • Improve onboarding and activation inside ZCA with usage tips, guided flows, and reactivation nudges;Analyze usage trends, drop-offs, and abuse patterns; implement fixes that scale;
  • Work with GTM to reduce friction in adoption (especially for SME, agency, and long-tail use-cases).

👾 What you will need

Must have

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in platform product, growth, or system enablement;
  • Strong analytical and system-thinking skills — comfortable with data, drop-off funnels, and abuse patterns;
  • Experience collaborating with policy, GTM, and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-have

  • Background in messaging platforms, B2B2C tools;
  • Experience working on anti-abuse, fraud prevention, or usage enforcement systems;
  • Familiarity with usage-based SaaS or quota model.
