🤖 What you will do
- Feature Development: Build and improve product features that deliver seamless experiences while ensuring security and privacy by design;
- UX Collaboration: Co-create intuitive and consistent user flows with the UX/UI team;
- Cross-functional Delivery: Work with engineers to ship secure, scalable, and high-quality features;
- Insight Analysis: Turn user research and data into clear product requirements and priorities;
- Performance Monitoring: Track adoption, retention, and trust metrics to measure success;
- Launch Execution: Manage testing, rollout, and impact evaluation for new features;
- Product Direction: Propose new ideas and align development with Zalo’s long-term vision.
👾 What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in product management or product operations for consumer or mobile platforms;
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, with hands-on experience using Figma, Miro, or Whimsical;
- Experience analyzing data using tools such as SQL, Kibana, or other Data platform to drive product decisions;
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams;
- Hands-on experience with large-scale consumer products serving millions of users;
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset;
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience in Safety, Privacy, or Security domains (fraud detection, spam control, account protection);
- Experience addressing user risks in social or OTT platforms (fake identity, phishing, or abuse).
