Product Specialist, Governance

As a Product Specialist – Governance, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality, safety, and health of the platform ecosystem. You will focus on building governance mechanisms, policies, and frameworks to ensure high-quality user-business interactions while balancing business needs, user experience, and long-term platform value.
🤖 What you will do
• Build and develop governance mechanisms to ensure the quality and value of user-business interactions across the platform;
• Monitor and analyze interaction quality to identify issues that may negatively impact user experience and platform health;
• Develop policies, rules, and mechanisms to manage the quality of business content, behaviors, and interactions on the platform;
• Identify and address fraud, abuse, and other risks that may compromise platform quality or ecosystem value;
• Design mechanisms to maintain healthy interactions, balancing business growth with user experience and platform health;
• Use data and user insights to evaluate governance effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data, Business, Legal/Compliance, and other stakeholders to implement governance solutions;
• Define metrics and frameworks to measure platform health, interaction quality, and governance effectiveness.
👾 What you will need
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform, Governance, or related fields;
• Strong understanding of platform health, user experience, and ecosystem quality;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and uncover root causes;
• Experience in developing policies, rules, frameworks, or platform mechanisms is highly preferred;
• Strong ability to balance user needs, business interests, and platform value;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders;
• Ability to navigate and solve complex and ambiguous problems;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
