Product Specialist, Adtima (Publisher Strategy & Monetization)
As part of the Product R&D team, this role focuses on strategic publisher management and ad monetization strategy for our advertising platform. You will be responsible for maintain internal publisher partnership, optimizing advertising yields across supply sources, and co-developing scalable ad products tailored to publisher needs. With strong strategic and analytical acumen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our publisher ecosystem and expanding inventory value.
🤖 What you will do
Publisher ecosystem strategy & management (60%)
- Develop a deep understanding of Adtima’s publisher network (Zalo, Báo Mới, Zing MP3, Zalo Video, ZNews) and related services;
- Research industry trends and competitive movements to propose new ad formats, placements, or supply-side enhancements;
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to co-develop monetization-driven features (e.g., dynamic ad distribution, viewability enhancements);
- Leverage user interaction and ad performance data to inform product decisions and optimization initiatives;
- Monitor revenue trends, fill rates, and delivery KPIs to identify underperforming zones and surface growth opportunities;
- Package publisher-facing products with clear value propositions and rate cards for commercial readiness.
Advertising product management and optimization (40%)
- Translate high-level product strategies into actionable requirements and prototypes;
- Scope and prioritize development initiatives based on system impact, business goals, and customer value;
- Manage product development timelines to ensure delivery against objectives and specifications;
- Track and analyze product performance and publisher-side monetization KPIs, delivering regular reports to internal stakeholders.
👾 What you will need
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or media monetization;
- Strong understanding of ad platforms, monetization models (e.g., CPM, CPC), and programmatic advertising;
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with external partners;
- Strong data literacy, with solid quantitative and qualitative analytical skills;
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable owning product outcomes;
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English communication (written and verbal).
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working with publisher-side integrations;
- Familiarity with BI tools and SQL for performance tracking and insight generation;
- Hands-on experience with UX/UI design tools (e.g., figma) for wireframing or prototyping;
- Knowledge of viewability standards, brand safety protocols, or ad quality measurement;
- Prior involvement in defining or launching monetization-related ad product features.
