Product Reporting Collaborator

🤖 What you will do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build comprehensive metrics for monitoring the health of key product features;
- Develop insightful reports that track KPIs for multiple products, such as user engagement, churn rate, and other critical metrics;
- Maintain and improve existing reporting templates and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in data analysis;
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of new features and reporting systems, ensuring alignment with product objectives;
- Monitor generated metrics and reports proactively to identify issues and ensure smooth operation.
👾 What you will need
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineer, Information Technology, Statistics or IT-related fields with high performance;
- Programming Languages: Basic understanding of programming languages like Python for data manipulation (a plus);
- Data Extraction: Proficient in SQL queries or other data extraction techniques to retrieve data from various sources;
- Data Visualization: Skilled in creating clear and compelling data visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms;
- Reporting Tools: Experience with reporting tools used to create and format reports (e.g. Looker);
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy;
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
