🤖 What you will do
- Operate and monitor the content moderation system, ensuring stable and accurate performance;
- Consolidate data, prepare periodic/ad-hoc reports, and analyze operational data to evaluate effectiveness and propose improvements;
- Handle, resolve, and report issues arising during operations (user feedback, fraud, violation reports, etc.);
- Oversee, update, and optimize content moderation processes;
- Coordinate with related teams (Product, Policy, Engineering, etc.) to resolve incidents, implement new features, or update the system;
- Participate in system testing, identify bugs, and propose solutions.
👾 What you will need
- At least 1 year of experience in content moderation, product operations, or related fields;
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.) or other data analysis tools (Google Sheets, SQL is a plus);
- Strong logical thinking and systematic analysis skills, with high attention to detail;
- Good reporting, presentation, and teamwork skills;
- Responsibility, resilience under pressure, and the ability to handle large volumes of data;
- Familiarity with Product Operations, Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Content Moderation processes and risks in social media platforms is highly valued;
- English reading comprehension and basic communication skills are an advantage.
