🤖 What you will do
- Review job postings: evaluate and approve/reject job postings submitted on the platform; ensure that all job listings comply with our guidelines and standards;
- Handle inquiries: address inquiries and concerns from both recruiters and candidates promptly; provide assistance and clarification regarding the use of the Timviec.ai platform;
- Handle, resolve, and report issues arising during operations (user feedback, bugs, violation reports, etc.);
- Develop and deliver content for both recruiters and candidates to support feature launches and enhance overall product understanding;
- Perform tasks related to operating the system’s admin tool.
