Messaging services are a core growth engine within ZBS, supporting high-scale business communication across key industries. As messaging becomes increasingly central to business operations, expanding monetizable capabilities and strengthening engagement quality are critical to sustainable growth.
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support Inventory & Commercial Growth for ZBS messaging services. This role works at the intersection of Product and Commercial, translating structured market insights into scalable product initiatives that unlock new value for businesses while maintaining strong product discipline.

🤖 What you will do

Inventory & Commercial Expansion:
• Support identification of opportunities to expand monetizable inventory, including new message formats, packaging mechanisms, or commercial capabilities.

• Translate business and segment needs into clear, scalable product requirements.
• Drive execution of new monetizable capabilities from planning through launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Monitor adoption patterns and support iteration to improve commercial effectiveness.
Engagement & Usage Optimization:
• Improve business-side tools and workflows that enhance end-user interaction and engagement quality.
• Assist in designing and running structured experiments to strengthen usage depth.
Market & Commercial Integration:
• Work closely with AEs and Partners to extract structured insights from commercial discussions.
• Participate in selected partner or customer conversations to understand market dynamics.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and basic segment analysis to inform roadmap decisions.
Stakeholder & Delivery Coordination:
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain structured documentation and post-launch reviews.

👾 What you will need

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management or related roles within B2B, platform, or SaaS environments.
• Experience collaborating with commercial teams (BD, Sales, Partners) and understanding business use cases.
• Strong structured thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
• Comfortable navigating stakeholder complexity and managing competing priorities.
• Confident working with data and using data to support decision-making.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to push back constructively when needed.
Nice to have:
• Background in B2B2C platforms, messaging products, or partner-driven ecosystems.
• Experience working at a ZBS partner, agency, or within Zalo’s business ecosystem is highly welcomed.
• Exposure to usage-based products or platform monetization models.
• Experience conducting competitive benchmarking or structured market research.
