Zalo is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Product team responsible for Comm Core features on the Zalo Mobile app. This role requires a highly entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, and a proven track record in building user-facing products at scale.
🤖 What you will do
- Define the product direction for Core features on Zalo Mobile app, including account settings & privacy, contacts management, and payment services integration;
- Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to bring features to life from concept to launch;
- Lead ideation and innovation processes to improve user experience and value delivery;
- Integrate user research, usability studies, and data insights into product decisions;
- Define and track success metrics to ensure continuous product improvement;
- Maximize team efficiency in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
👾 What you will need
- Proven experience leading a product team, ideally in consumer tech;
- Experience building and scaling user-facing products for a large user base;
- Familiarity with feature management and end-to-end product lifecycle;
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative, user-first mindset;
- Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies;
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines, including design, engineering, and product management;
- Excellent communication skills and a logical, structured approach to thinking.
