Internship & Collaboration
This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Zalo Sala Office, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

As a Product Intern/Collaborator (Third-Party Contractor), you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full product development cycle - from brainstorming and business analysis to planning and feature delivery—while working alongside experienced PMs on initiatives that directly impact real users.
🤖 What you will do
- Proactively identify user pain points and translate them into actionable feature or tool improvements.
- Support the PM/PO in gathering requirements and writing feature specs.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (developers, designers, business teams) throughout the product development process.
- Join sprint planning sessions and track development progress against requirements.
- Participate in product testing and UAT before go live.
- Monitor feature performance to ensure stability and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Help analyze product metrics and user data to support decision making.
👾 What you will need
- Background in IT, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Logical thinker who's curious about users and how they interact with products.
- Comfortable working with data.
- Basic knowledge of Figma, Jira, Confluence.
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up research, documentation, and daily product work.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
