We are seeking innovative companions for the role of Product Executive. This role will be among the enthusiasts of Zalo Official Account – a B2B2C communication platform on Zalo. The ideal candidate would have a solid skill set in product development, a data-driven mindset, and a can-do attitude to perform multiple tasks.
As a Product Executive for Zalo OA, you will take ownership of enabling Official Accounts to reach their audience more effectively on the Zalo platform, through the Content Management System (CMS). This role allows you to shape how businesses connect with users, enhance content visibility, and ultimately drive higher user engagement and interaction.
🤖 What you will do
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end process of building and launching innovative broadcast messaging and content publishing features, from ideation, design, and development to deployment;
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Business, Operations) to ensure the timely delivery of products and features;
- Research & Analysis: Gather and analyze user insights, market trends, and business needs to shape data-driven product strategies that improve content engagement and broadcast messaging performance;
- Measurement & Optimization: Define and analyze performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize feature performance and user engagement;
- Trend Adaptation: Stay updated on industry trends, user demands, and business directions to refine and enhance messaging workflows and content delivery.
👾 What you will need
- At least 1.5 years of experience in product development or related fields;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovation-driven mindset;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams;
- Understanding of APIs and product automation to support integrations;
- Experience in Communication Platforms or Content Publishing Platforms is a plus;
- Proactive, creative, eager to learn, and ready to thrive in a fast-evolving landscape.
