🤖 What you will do

  • Research market and user insights to propose key messages & key visuals tailored for each campaign type; 
  • Setup, operate & optimize creatives/content for customized, weekly, and seasonal campaigns; Update tracking sheets and dashboards, support PO in preparing reports;
  • Perform QA/QC to ensure correct creative – user logic and avoid mismatched displays; 
  • Monitor & report performance daily, weekly. Analyze post-campaign to extract actionable insights. Conduct improvement reviews after each campaign; 
  • Propose tool or process optimizations to make campaign setup smoother and easier to manage.

👾 What you will need

  • Experience in digital advertising, end-to-end campaign management, or digital product marketing;
  • Strong product and user mindset, with a good grasp of Agile workflows and consumer behavior psychology;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making;
  • A growth mindset and a strong curiosity to learn;
  • Good at communication skills, with a willingness to work cross-functionally with engineers and diverse stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP…) or other data analysis tools (Google Sheets, SQL is a plus).
