Zalo OA is a B2B2C communication platform that enables businesses to effectively engage with their customers through Chat, Calls, and Integration solution. We’re looking for young, passionate individuals who are eager to explore the world of tech products and want to grow in the Product Management field.
As a Product Collaborator, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work closely with experienced Product Managers;
- Contribute to real product initiatives and user experience improvements;
- Learn how to design, test, and analyze product;
- Participate in product planning activities, including brainstorming sessions, roadmap discussion, and feature prioritization.
🤖 What you will do
- Support user behavior tracking and insights on Zalo OA’s core features;
- Assist in drafting product requirements (PRDs), user flows, and feature documentation;
- Participate in product testing and user experience evaluations;
- Conduct market and competitor research;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, business teams) during the product development process;
- Maintain internal product documentation and provide updates on assigned tasks.
👾 What you will need
- Bachelor's degreei n Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Passion for technology and product development;
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities;
- Able to read and understand English documentation;
- (Preferred) Prior experience with personal/academic projects involving product design, chatbots, API integration, or internships in tech-related roles.
