🤖 What you will do
LiveOps Execution & Optimization
- Support the setup and operation of in-game events (promotions, limited-time events, seasonal content);
- Conduct pre-release quality checks for new versions, including event logic, rewards, UI text, and localization;
- Monitor event performance based on key metrics such as retention, engagement, and conversion rate, and suggest improvements;
- Support small-scale A/B tests (content, rewards, timing, etc.) to optimize LiveOps effectiveness;
App Quality & Release Support
- Monitor issues related to app quality and player experience;
- Coordinate with related teams to ensure each release follows internal processes and platform requirements;
- Support build and release processes, including checking SDK integrations, payment systems, and technical configurations;
Data & User Insights
- Assist in building and updating periodic reports on event performance and player behavior;
- Collect and summarize player feedback to help improve product experience;
- Track operational metrics (DAU, Retention, ARPU, Conversion Rate, etc.) to ensure stable and sustainable growth;
Cross-team Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Development, Design, Marketing, and CS teams to ensure smooth operations;
- Proactively contribute improvement ideas from a player-centric perspective;
Market & Game Evaluation
- Playtest competitor and reference games to evaluate core loop, monetization, art style, and retention mechanics;
- Analyze market trends and target user profiles to assess whether a game's concept and presentation still fit current player preferences.
👾 What you will need
- Passion for games, especially mobile games; interest in Idle RPG or Casual games is a plus;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues related to UX, content, or event logic;
- High sense of responsibility and ability to follow processes carefully;
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; willing to learn how to read dashboards and product KPIs;
- Basic data analysis skills with the ability to make improvement suggestions based on data;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Ability to read and understand English for work purposes; Chinese language skills are a plus;
- Prior internship or work experience in Game Operation, LiveOps, QA, CS, Community, or Publishing is preferred.
