🤖 What you will do
- Approach and persuade video content creators to join the Zalo video platform;
- Manage support groups for creators;
- Provide consultation and answer questions about the platform;
- Receive, respond to, and handle creators’ complaints;
- Monitor, coordinate, and collaborate with related departments to promptly address arising incidents;
- Summarize and compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports;
- Implement additional tasks as required by line managers, including managing content libraries and databases.
👾 What you will need
- Graduated from university;
- Experience in managing social media community groups (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube);
- Knowledge of and familiarity with social media trends;
- Proficient in Office applications;
- Strong communication skills, agile, hardworking, and eager to learn;
- Sociable and patient in the workplace;
- Willingness to work on weekends.
