Z Studio is a digital content platform powered by Zalo, where meaningful stories, knowledge, entertainment and commerce come together through content and livestream experiences. As we expand our Social & MCN business, we're looking for a Social Content Specialist to help grow our creator network, develop marketing initiatives for our MCN, and deliver successful livestream projects on Zalo Video that create value for creators, brands, and audiences.
🤖 What you will do
- Build and develop relationships with creators, KOLs/KOCs, agencies, and content partners to expand the MCN network
- Execute creator onboarding, engagement, and community development initiatives
- Plan and manage social content across MCN-owned channels to grow the creator community and strengthen the MCN brand
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, workshops, and activation programs to drive creator acquisition and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new creator programs, livestream solutions, and operational processes
- Coordinate livestream projects with internal teams, creators, and brands, ensuring successful delivery of both performance and branding campaigns
- Support livestream operations, including campaign setup, product listing management, voucher configuration, and real-time execution
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for optimization.
👾 What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- 2 - 3 years of experience in creator management, social marketing, MCN, livestream or project coordination
- Strong communication, relationship management and project coordination skills
- Good understanding of social media, creator economy and livestream platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across teams
- Excellent coordination and negotiation skills to work effectively with both brands and creators
- Passion for digital content, creators and social commerce.
