Head of Product, Mini App
Zalo is building one of Vietnam’s largest digital ecosystems where users, developers, and businesses connect through Mini Apps. The Mini App platform enables partners to deliver services, engage customers, and operate digital businesses directly within Zalo.
As Head of Product, Mini App Zalo, you will lead the product strategy and development of the Mini App ecosystem. This includes shaping platform capabilities, enabling scalable business solutions for partners, and driving the growth of Mini App adoption across Zalo’s user base.
You will work closely with engineering, business, and partner teams to ensure the Mini App platform delivers meaningful value to both users and businesses.
🤖 What you will do
• Define Product Strategy for the Mini App Ecosystem: Own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Zalo Mini App, ensuring the platform evolves to support diverse services and scalable digital businesses within the ecosystem.
• Build Scalable Business Solutions: Lead the development of product capabilities that enable businesses to deliver services on Zalo through Mini Apps, including customer engagement, service operations, and transactional experiences.
Develop Platform Capabilities: Drive the design and evolution of the Mini App platform including developer tools, APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, and governance frameworks to support large-scale partner integrations.
• Grow the Mini App Ecosystem: Drive partner adoption and ecosystem growth by improving product capabilities that enable businesses to attract users, deliver services, and grow their presence on Zalo.
• Lead Cross-functional Product Execution: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact platform initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Drive Data-driven Product Decisions: Define ecosystem-level success metrics such as Mini App adoption, engagement, retention, and partner success, and use insights to continuously refine product strategy.
👾 What you will need
• 8–10+ years of experience in Product Management, including experience leading complex platform or ecosystem products.
• Strong experience building platform products, developer ecosystems, or B2B/B2B2C solutions.
• Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering large-scale digital products.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable platform solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and drive alignment in a complex organization.
