This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Zalo Sala Office (District 2), with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

🤖 What you will do
- Write SQL queries to pull, aggregate, and analyze data by day/week/month and by various dimensions.
- Reconcile actual results against plan/targets, and explain the drivers behind gaps.
- Cross-check data consistency across multiple sources or pipelines, and flag discrepancies.
- Analyze user behaviors to identify drop-off points and root causes.
- Build and extract insights from reports (Excel or lightweight HTML) for non-technical stakeholders.
- Document assumptions, data sources, and known caveats clearly.
👾 What you will need
- Strong SQL skills, Experience with Python.
- Detail-oriented, reconciliation mindset.
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
Nice to Have
- Background in fintech, payment, or growth/marketing products.
- Familiarity with a BI tool (Superset, Metabase, Looker, etc.).
