Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
🤖 What you will do
- Receive and respond to customers’ inquiries and requests related to the Zalo Notification Service (ZNS) via email and Zalo chat;
- Review and evaluate ZNS content templates submitted by customers to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines;
- Coordinate with the Key Account (KA) team to support and service enterprise-level customers;
- Advise and guide customers on product features, usage processes, service packages, and ZNS policies;
- Consolidate customer feedback and proactively propose improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible;
- Proficient in office tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.);
- Preference for candidates with experience in customer service, e-commerce, or technology;
- Salary: Product-based compensation (calculated according to the number of supported items).
