Customer Service Collaborator, Zalo Business Solutions

Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

🤖 What you will do

  • Receive and respond to customers’ inquiries and requests related to the Zalo Notification Service (ZNS) via email and Zalo chat;
  • Review and evaluate ZNS content templates submitted by customers to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines;
  • Coordinate with the Key Account (KA) team to support and service enterprise-level customers;
  • Advise and guide customers on product features, usage processes, service packages, and ZNS policies;
  • Consolidate customer feedback and proactively propose improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

👾 What you will need

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible;
  • Proficient in office tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.);
  • Preference for candidates with experience in customer service, e-commerce, or technology;
  • Salary: Product-based compensation (calculated according to the number of supported items).
