Z Studio is a digital content platform powered by Zalo, where meaningful stories, knowledge, and inspiration are shared through video and podcast formats. We are looking for a Content & Creative Specialist with a strong creative mindset and the ability to develop original formats and compelling concepts across video, podcast, and short-form/short film content. This role will lead the creative direction for both Z Studio and client projects, shaping ideas that resonate with audiences from Gen Z to HENRYs (High Earners, Not Rich Yet).
🤖 What you will do
- Lead end-to-end creative direction - from strategy and format development to execution across short video, podcast, and short film content, ...;
- Develop strong, original concepts and scalable content formats (shows, series, IPs) that drive engagement and brand impact;
- Drive the development of Z Studio’s own content products and multi-platform formats, building long-term content IPs within the Zalo ecosystem;
- Work closely with production teams (video, design, editorial) to ensure ideas are executed with high creative quality and consistency;
- Be hands-on in ideation, scripting, and content development when needed to elevate output quality;
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, storytelling, and creative standards across all channels;
- Leverage audience insights, trends, and performance data to continuously refine and optimize content;
- Provide clear creative direction and feedback during key productions to maintain executional quality.
👾 What you will need
- 3+ years of experience in content, creative, or related roles (digital media, agency, or brand side);
- Strong creative capability, especially in: concept and format development;
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and conceptual skills;
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, content trends, and young audiences (Gen Z, HENRYs);
- Experience working on multi-platform campaigns is a plus;
- Good English reading and writing skills;
- Portfolio required (preferably showcasing video, podcast, or format-driven work).
