- Follow up the community trends and user habits to contribute contents for Zalo;
- Analysis audience insight index to propose the suitable content;
- Work with the team to develop and maintain content standards and guidelines;
- Review content for compliance with the product’s community guidelines and terms of service;

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the mainstream on social media;
- Understanding of social community’s trends; ability of content planning and content management;
- Good deal with problems, good-team-player attitude and deadlines respect.
