Campaign Management Lead, Zalo Video
🤖 What you will do
• Develop and implement content creative in-app campaigns that cater to the preference and cultural nuances of our Vietnamese audiences while aligning with Zalo Video's mission and guidelines;
• Ensure high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience by monitoring content performance, user engagement, and feedback data to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency;
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns, content distribution and activations in both in-app and out-app.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine content planning and enhance user experience and platform success;
• Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new initiatives, special pushes to continually enhance the platform’s content offerings.
👾 What you will need
o Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of experience or above in social media - content marketing or partnerships roles.
o Experience in campaign development from A to Z.
o Strong analytical skills and data driven.
Preferred Qualification:
o Exposure in tech & media industry or other platforms is advantageous.
o Strong sense of trending content in local market.
o Good communications and interpersonal skills
o Ability to manage multiple priorities, quick adaptation & proactive skillset.
