We are seeking a Business Operations Manager with a background in Accounting and Taxation, who is interested in applying their financial expertise to support and optimize day-to-day business operations. This role is to bridge the gap between finance and operational execution.
🤖 What you will do
- Provide guidance and support to relevant departments on accounting and tax-related matters when needed;
- Work closely with product and sales teams within the group to assess the tax and accounting implications on current and new products;
- Facilitate effective coordination and documentation between business operations and finance teams;
- Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting team to review and analyze cost structures, revenues, and profitability across departments/projects;
- Set up, implement & enhance operational processes for tax compliance and efficiency;
- Review financial report to ensure accurate financial records and support decision-making with timely, meaningful data;
- Partner with business stakeholders to recommend that how to maximize revenue, optimize spend, and improve profitability.
👾 What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields;
- At least 5+ years of experience in accounting, audit and tax experience;
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations;
- Strong leadership skills with at least 4 years of experience in management role;
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
