We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Intelligence Analyst to join the team behind Zalo Official Account (Business Solutions), B2B2C communication solutions on Zalo. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in data analysis and reporting, a data-driven mindset, and a can-do attitude to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst for Zalo OA, you will turn data on users and businesses into clear insights, reports, and dashboards that guide product, operation, and business decisions and help improve the Communication & Operation flow between businesses and their customers on the Zalo platform.
🤖 What you will do
- Partner with product, operation, and business stakeholders to translate business questions into analyses and actionable insights;
- Define, validate, and iterate on key metrics that track product health and business outcomes;
- Build and maintain dashboards that give Product, Operations, and Business teams consistent visibility into their key metrics;
- Deep-dive into user and business behaviors by segment to deliver insights and recommendations that drive project decisions and KPI achievement;
- Measure the effectiveness of features across stages; optimize reports and dashboards to keep insights current;
- Maintain data pipelines and support data quality monitoring.
👾 What you will need
- At least 2 years of experience in a related role such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Analyst;
- Proficient in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy) for querying and data wrangling;
- Familiar with how data is structured and stored - data warehouse concepts, table relationships, or similar;
- Meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to ensuring data accuracy;
- Strong data visualization skills with tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI;
- Strong storytelling skills - synthesizes data with broader context to deliver structured reports and actionable recommendations;
- Big plus: knowledge of the B2B2C domain or online business platforms; proactive use of AI tools in BI workflows;
- Good communication skills in English.
