B2B Senior Product Specialist, Adtima

B2B Product is responsible for innovation product management, conduct or monitor research to gain understanding deeply the market & competitor status, thereby develop and initiate new competitive Advertising Product & Solutions. With strong business-mindset, this role in charge the management of all lifecycle stages from leading ideation, development, packaging for sales and effectiveness report.
🤖 What you will do
Management of Product Packaging for Commercializing (60%)
- Proactively gain understandings of Adtima’s ecosystem (i.e. Zalo, Zing MP3, and Báo Mới …) and its services;
- Manage and implement research activities of new trend and movement of the market as well as Adtima’s competitors;
- Coordinate with stakeholders (product teams of Zalo ecosystem) to develop prototypes for range of products;
- Coordinate with business team (Sales, Media Planners,..) to package the product with competitive advantages and make it more attractive to clients;
- In charge of partnership integration with external vendors in delivering OMP, PMP campaigns;
- Understand and have up-to-date overview information of the digital advertising market and Adtima’s resources to spot opportunities for new ads products/solutions;
Product management and optimization (40%)
- Manage a small-size product team and leading towards strategic goals and KPIs;
- Manage timeline and progress of new and current products, make sure it’s on track and follow to specs;
- Keep track of revenue & performance report of new products weekly;
- Other challenges from Top Management.
👾 What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related areas; or have prior relevant work experience in a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in Digital Advertising or 5 years in relevant role of B2B Product/Digital Projects/IT Solutions management and optimization;
- Experience in Product marketing and packaging is a strong plus;
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and excellent product-mindset;
- Be a digital innovator and challenge seeker;
- Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English;
- Excellent in cross-functional teamwork and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
- Demonstrate great management skills, especially in task allocation and project keep-track.
