Associate Talent Advisor Manager

Zalo is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead complex hiring portfolios, partner with senior stakeholders, and improve recruitment performance across teams.
This role goes beyond individual requisition delivery. You will help shape hiring strategy, strengthen team capability, and improve how recruitment operates at scale.
🤖 What you will do
- Lead recruitment delivery across multiple functions or business units.
- Translate business priorities into practical hiring plans and talent strategies.
- Build sourcing and talent-mapping approaches for senior, niche, and high-impact roles.
- Partner with hiring leaders on candidate assessment, hiring quality, and bar-raising decisions.
- Develop offer strategies and improve candidate conversion.
- Use recruitment data to improve forecasting, prioritization, and team performance.
- Standardize recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Coach recruiters and interviewers on sourcing, assessment, and closing.
- Manage complex stakeholder discussions and influence senior leaders with data and market insights.
👾 What you will need
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or executive search.
- Experience managing complex or high-impact hiring portfolios.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing, talent mapping, candidate assessment, and offer management.
- Experience coaching recruiters or leading hiring initiatives.
- Strong analytical and operational mindset.
- Professional communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Preferred - Experience in technology, digital products, or another fast-paced environment.
- Experience hiring senior or specialized talent.
- Experience improving recruitment processes or implementing new tools.
