(Associate) Project Manager, Adtima
As a Project Manager at Adtima, you will take ownership of multiple cross-functional projects across the advertising ecosystem — spanning internal optimization, new solution development, and client delivery for both SME and enterprise partners. This role requires someone hands-on and execution-focused — who can follow up, push progress, and make things run smoothly across multiple teams and projects. You will act as the central orchestrator, ensuring that all initiatives — from product optimization to new solution rollout — are well-planned, well-coordinated, and efficiently executed.
🤖 What you will do
A. Project Management & Execution
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives, from planning and scoping to execution, testing, and performance evaluation;
- Oversee a portfolio of projects related to ad performance optimization, new monetization solutions, and cross-functional initiatives;
- Proactively follow up, coordinate, and push teams to meet deadlines and ensure deliverables meet quality expectations;
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or blockers early, and work with stakeholders to resolve them promptly.
B. Internal Coordination & Process Standardization
- Serve as the key facilitator among internal teams (Product, Business, Data, Engineering, Operations) to streamline workflows and ensure alignment on goals and priorities;
- Standardize project management processes — including documentation, communication flow, and reporting templates — to improve efficiency and visibility across teams;
- Implement regular check-in rhythms, dashboards, and review mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability for all ongoing projects.
C. Solution Enablement for Clients (SME & Enterprise)
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to deliver custom ad solutions and new features that support Adtima’s external client portfolio;
- Collaborate closely with client service, product, and business teams to ensure smooth implementation for key industries such as FMCG, F&B, and Automotive;
- Support the rollout and optimization of SME-focused ad products, ensuring scalability and efficiency in execution;
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery standards and alignment with client expectations.
D. Optimization & Performance Tracking
- Work with Data and Product teams to analyze project outcomes, campaign performance, and process efficiency;
- Identify improvement areas and propose optimization plans for both internal workflows and client-facing solutions;
- Develop project and performance dashboards for management visibility and decision-making.
E. Strategic Alignment & Reporting
- Prepare status updates, progress reports, and post-mortem analyses for leadership and key stakeholders;
- Contribute insights and learnings to quarterly business reviews and long-term planning for Adtima’s monetization and solution roadmap.
👾 What you will need
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field;
- 6-8 years of experience in Project Management, Solutions Consulting, Business Operations, preferably within digital media or AdTech;
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with attention to detail and delivery quality;
- Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills — able to influence and drive alignment across teams;
- Highly organized, process-driven, and proactive in problem-solving and execution follow-up;
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in advertising, platform solutions, or agency environments
- Familiarity with AdTech systems, campaign analytics, or workflow automation tools;
- Background working with FMCG, F&B, or Automotive clients.
